Zamia skinnerii red leaf

Zamia skinnerii red leaf form is a fantastic Zamia from Panama or Costa Rica. It is noted for its 14-inch long and 6-inch wide leaflets that have the texture of plastic. They almost seem to be a fake plant coming out of the soil. We have 4-inch pot size 2-leaf plants on our new winter 2008 list. This Zamia is from the garden of Jeff and Suchin Marcus in Hawaii.
