Ordering and Shipping Information

Agricultural Certification

All our plants are:

Hawaii Certified (grown in sterile medium on raised benches)
Certified "Burrowing Nematode-Free"
Cleared for World Export

All foreign (non-USA) orders are charged for a phytosanitary certificate.

Cycads are certified for domestic orders only.

Substitutions

Some substitutions may be necessary. Please list second choices and include your telephone number and date on the order form.

Shipping of Plants

All orders are shipped bareroot in moist sphagnum via US Express Mail, UPS, FedEx or Air Cargo.

Payment Amounts

Minimum order amount is US$100.00 for United States customers and US$300.00 for International customers.

All orders for plants must be prepaid before shipping.

Customer will receive an invoice for shipping and handling with their shipment. Payment for this invoice is due and payable upon receipt. Payment may be made through any of our payment methods.

We use an invoice for shipping and handling because we charge only the actual cost of shipping and handling, which we can determine only after your order is packed and weighed.

Packing and handling charges cover cost of packing materials, which depend upon order size.

We offer discounts on large quantities of single species ordered at one time. Please contact us for more information.

Payment Methods

We accept checks, certified money orders, PayPal payments and PayPal eChecks. Also, through PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express.
